These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at [vizaeo.com and Vizaeo.ai] and all related services, tools, reports, and content provided by Vizaeo, Inc. (“Vizaeo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, including the Free Preview tool or any paid AI Visibility Analysis Report, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
Vizaeo provides diagnostic reports that analyze how a business appears, and how it compares against selected competitors, across third-party AI search and recommendation platforms (including, without limitation, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Grok, and Perplexity). The Service includes: (a) a complimentary, limited Free Preview; (b) a one-time paid AI Visibility Analysis, which includes a Competition Scoreboard and an Improvement Plan; and (c) optional, separately purchased Update Reports. Vizaeo does not operate, control, or influence the AI platforms it analyzes, and is not affiliated with OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, xAI, Perplexity AI, or any other third-party platform referenced in the Service.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind the business on whose behalf you are using the Service. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about your business and to update it as necessary.
3. Fees and Payment
The AI Visibility Analysis Report is offered on a one-time, pay-per-report basis at the price displayed at checkout. There is no recurring subscription or auto-renewal associated with the standard Report. Update Reports are separately purchased, one-time transactions initiated by you; ordering one Update Report does not obligate you to purchase another, and Vizaeo will not charge you for future Update Reports without your affirmative action to purchase them. All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable except as expressly described in Section 4 (Satisfaction Guarantee) below. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
Vizaeo offers a Satisfaction Guarantee on the initial AI Visibility Analysis Report: if you are not satisfied with your Report, you may request a full refund within [14] days of purchase by contacting [support@vizaeo.com]. The satisfaction guarantee applies to your experience with the Report and its usability and does not constitute a guarantee of any specific AI visibility score, ranking, or business outcome (see Section 8, Disclaimer of Warranties). Update Reports are not eligible for the same guarantee.
5. Free Preview
The Vizaeo “Free Preview” is a limited, complimentary tool intended to give you a general sense of your business’s presence across AI platforms. Free Preview results are illustrative, may be based on incomplete or sampled data, and are not equivalent in depth, accuracy, or completeness to a paid AI Visibility Analysis Report. Vizaeo may limit, modify, or discontinue the Free Preview at any time without notice.
6. Your Content and Data
You may submit information about your business, including your website URL, physical or service location, and the names of competitors, in order to receive a Visibility Analysis Report (“Submitted Information”). You represent that you have the right to submit this information and that doing so does not violate any third party’s rights. Vizaeo may use publicly available information about your business and your named competitors to generate your Report. See our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and store personal data.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all reports, scores, methodology, software, text, graphics, logos, and other content (excluding Submitted Information and third-party AI platform outputs), is owned by Vizaeo or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Vizaeo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your purchased Report for your own internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or represent any Report as your own work product.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE AND ALL REPORTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Vizaeo does not control third-party AI platforms and cannot guarantee that implementing any recommendation in a Report will result in improved visibility, ranking, traffic, leads, or revenue. AI platform behavior changes over time and outside of Vizaeo’s control, and results may vary.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIZAEO AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. VIZAEO’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO VIZAEO IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Vizaeo may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 8, 9, and 13) will survive.
12. Changes to These Terms
Vizaeo may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice, such as by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new Effective Date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
